BUFFALO
A BRIEF HISTORY
Buffalo, in the early half of the twentieth century, was the country’s
powerhouse of industry in steel production and grain milling.
It attracted a diverse population and developed a rich culture, and
came to house significant architectural landmarks from the likes of
Louis Sullivan, Henry Hobson Richardson, and Frank Lloyd Wright,
among others.
